Heat shield bolt

Trying to remove my heat shield and the top bolt is rounding.. Need to know if i can remove the small coolant pipe and is safe to remove so i can get bolt extractors on.. Have attached a pic..

Leave it off or use some "never seize" I dont think
any one has removed one without some drama

That bolt doesnt need to come out. Its just there to f@rk with your head

Yeah worked it out, there is one hiding behind (sneaky little fu@$&r), finally got it off and sliced it in half so now i only uave the take the 2 off to get to my EGR... Why the hell did nissan not think of that?
