Dawes valve

Having trouble setting dawes and needle valve onzd30 .i got the general idea of setting them on this site but its just not happening if i go over 10 boost wich it doesnt eant to do it starts making a very loud wind noise like from the fan whoch is new any help ???

Yeah mate have a beer and give Mudski a PM.
Hoping its plumbed correct with the needle valve off set the Dawes to say 14psi max,
if you cant achieve that stretch the spring a tad, a tad remembering its hard to un-stretch
a spring, do that and see how you go. Ball park figures as no two Patrols are the same is to
have about 10psi at 100kph in a manual ZD30 Di
