Soft Clutch

I have a 2006 TD4.2 and just lately the clutch has been very soft and just about have to press it to the floor to change gear and then a day later it is near full pedal, any idea's anyone ???

Hydraulic issues?
I'm guessing an issue with the master pump or the slave??!!
