High co nissan patrol model 2000 (4500litre) fuel injector

i have nissan patrol 2000 model (petrol) i took my vehicle for yearly inspection and unfortunately they failed my car for high co exhaust. Kindly help me out what to do . I have attache the picture of report.

Check for error codes on the ECU, especially look for a O2 sensor failure, otherwise maybe a blocked catalytic converter?

i recently changed the o2 sensor still shows the same.

did you disconnect the battery...so the codes reset?

X 2 with Stropp disconnect the battery for a while 1/2hr or more why
you do do some other jobs. Maybe re-do a few earth straps as well

May even be worth swapping the EMC relay for the Air con relay just for test purposes
Swap any of the blue,
