air con 3ltr ls2 conversion

Help please. Done ls2 conversion and air con wont work. Can anyone tell me if it needs something from chev computer or should it work eith the nissan gear still in there!? Please help. Its gassed and got power but wont earth from switch to turn on

By the way was 3ltr gu series 4 stl

The original A/C was earthed through the ECU. I don't remember the pin numbers of the 2 wires that need to be joined but you should find it documented in one of the TD42 conversion threads.. maybe Mudski's thread
