Hi all - My name is Miguel and I live in Costa Rica. I just purchased a '99 Y61 running a stock RD28ETi. I must accept that reading several threads on this page (as a viewer), helped me a lot at the time to make the final decision to buy my car.

Info about my country: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Costa_Rica

My car:

65368

Peace,

Tico.

Welcome to the forum Miguel.
It looks nice and stock. Do you plan on hitting the jungle tracks or is it mainly for commuting?

Welcome to the forum Miguel.

I live in the "city" (Costa Rica is a third world country so it's nothing major; believe me) so it's going to be a daily car that can bring happy moments on weekend drives. Since we're such a small country, you can drive to up a mountain, head down to the beach and hit the jungle pretty much the same day or weekend depending on where you go. I'm currently working on the cooling system and main mechanical stuff just to make sure that it's safe to drive it where ever I want. Mods will come in a near future for sure. 3" exhaust will come first; then EGT and Boost gauges. After that; I have no idea what will come.

Regards,

Tico.
