Found this artical on how the terms of use for the working mans 4x4 is for work and the odd job around home eg:going to the tip but it does not include going to the footy or the like... seems they are going to start cracking down and going to sporting events and so on and taking rego's and checking them.

Imagine if the tax man sat at Inskip Point and took rego numbers of vehicles going to Fraser. The budget deficit would disappear quickly.

I reckon they should focus on larger companies/corporations who pay basically no tax but make millions of dollars each year....

like apple, microsoft and google. unfortunately their accountants skirt the law to their full abilities which is why they get away with so much crap!
