Why

So i went to install the Redarc battery isolator and found an old Cole Hersee isolator hooked up to nothing but this wire under the dash. It was connected to the antenna up and down switch. Why ?. I dont know.

At least there is an upside to pulling out all the excess wiring. Ive got enough copper to buy a couple of longnecks.
