Hey guys, just after a quick bit of info/advice.
I am doing a cooling system overhaul this weekend on the gu, got a new radiator, thermostat, belts and hoses. When I asked my radiator bloke about the fan hub he told me to just drain the old fluid out and replace it with Toyota (cringe) fluid, instead of putting a new one on. Just after a few opinions on the Toyota fluid (he says it's alot better than Nissan stuff), how much fluid I need, if it is as simple as draining it and replacing it, or am I better off just getting a newie?

Thanks for that lucus, big help mate, I will grab a couple of tubes tomorrow and give it a crack, from mudrunners pics looks pretty easy

I'm planning to do mine as well soon. Have bought 2 tubes of Toyota oil but I'll empty mine out first to measure the factory quantity and then see what extra it will take.
Might have to do it trial and error a couple of times if it grabs too early.

I got one of these Infiniti G35 fans in the post this morning so I'll be fitting that as well.
They're supposed to pull some serious air.. We'll see..

Yeah that looks like the go, do they bolt straight onto the Nissan hub?

It bolts to the later hubs with 143mm PCD
