When I went to buy my gauges Speco white face EGT and boost I wanted digital BUT,,,,,,
the guy warned me against them as they "flicker" too much,
Having said that Ive just brought 2 x digital RED volt and water temp gauges lol

VDO do a great gauge

Yeah, I've heard that some don't keep up with the rapid changes that you get with boost. Can't see a problem with temp, definitely not with volts.

Im thinking of fitting this one and then that allows me
to fit the water temp in the pillar pod as well, price is ok

I prefer needle gauges, just a glance and you know if things are OK. Digital you have to think for a moment, is that number OK?

The only problem I have with most of the needle gauges is that they are in sections of 10 degrees. Can't remember for the life of me what the little lines are called.:banghead:

Needle for me... having a digital gauge in my light of sight constantly changing/flickering would do my head in.

Sorry should have mentioned that I'm looking at a temp gauge. Shouldn't be changing too much, unless there's a problem.

Needle gauge for me every time and with yellow light.
IMHO looks better and you can notice at a glance if it has moved from normal.
