Nope........

That's not how I read it on a website I just came across

"For safety, the Lily Camera has a maximum speed of 25 miles per hour, won’t fly higher than 50 feet or more than 100 feet away from the user, and, using its camera sensors, it won’t ever get too close to objects or subjects (there’s a 5-foot minimum distance)."

Interesting maybe they changed it. When I ordered it I know for sure It had no obstacle detection

This is what they said
"At this moment, the Lily Camera does not have any obstacle avoidance capabilities (cost and design choice). We have found that most outdoor activities do not need obstacle avoidance because Lily can follow the user's path. But again there are no guarantees that Lily will not hit anything while it is following you. If Lily is about to hit an object you can press the middle button on the tracking device and Lily will stop, hold its position, and continue to film you."

These look awesome.
I think the evil twin, mentioned recently about these "obstacle avoiding" drones emerging shortly and were very pricey. Not sure if lily was one of them.

It will be like HID driving lights when they first came on the market
they were $2500 a pair now you can get a pair for $100.
Would love one of these to drop a line out in the river but Lily
sounds just right ,plus my wifes name is Lily lol
