Nistune TB42E is it worth it?

Well I guess the title does sum it up my original plans of having a Haltech 2000 has turned to shit for the simple fact of rewiring another harness as I am on harness 4 atm.
So has anyone does the Nistune and is there any real benefits from it?
My GQ is a TB42E Auto running 4.3 diffs and 35" tyres

I was sure there was a couple of people on here that had experience with this but may have not seen the post... i toyed with the idea at one stage but found advice vague and mixed.

Hope someone who may know posts up.
