GQ patrols have a hand throttle and diesel GU patrols have an idle up switch, I have a TB45 GU and it doesn't seem to have any type of idle up or hand throttle, it it supposed to have one?

The TB45E has electronic control of the idle to keep it constant although it does add extra air when you switch the A/C on.
There was never any manual device to raise idle speed but it won't hurt if you want to add one.

I figured so, I really only wanted something to increase the RPMs while winching
