Intro - Melb patrol owner

G'day - obviously new to the forum. Having fun and games locating the EGR valve on my ZD30 common rail engine. Trying to find pics so that I can pull it apart to clean it.
Have broken head studs, Have been advised to clean the EGR in the head and what mods can I make to make it better.
At the moment it ain't going.
Any advice?
