GU zd30 CRD version Auto Box TCM

Hi guys, does anybody know if the auto box TCM on a ZD30 CRD version GU is compatible with earlier models without CRD? I'm having issues with my box and am suspecting somebody has replaced with earlier model that is not fly by wire (different TPS), Or possibly wrong loom? My white plug has been cut and another replaced. Wires 7,9,13,14,16,17 have been cut and not connected. (Nothing to connect to) Wire 5 Pur/W is connected to Green/B, wire 6 Pink/B to White/R, this seem correct as there is continuity to OBD but why is wire colour different. I have put a switch on my pedal to make 16 & 17 work but has not changed anything (I have wire diagram for earlier non CRD model).

My issue is I have error code U1000 and am suspecting wire 7 and possibly wire 16 may need to go to ECM.

I can confirm the TCU on non CRD and CRD ZD30 are different and are not interchangable even though auto gearbox same code. CRD uses the CAN system to communicate which is also connected to OBD
