Hi all, long time no post... For those following I mentioned a while ago I was doing it tough and that culminated recently when my wife told me we were separating etc that week I was a husk and even managed to have a nose to tail with a ute.

But I'm ok and through using services like beyond blue etc I'm through the darkest bits... Anyhow I've been learning about the relatively young field of positive psychology and have been using many techniques to achieve a semblance of happiness.

Today I was filled with joy - just helping someone because they need it is altruistic last night at 4am I was woken from my slumber at my temp lodgings "mate we've been looking around for hours - you couldn't come and help us pull out mate out of a bog"

Despite the sus look and time I agreed and made my way down under the EJ Whitten bridge - and I was rewarded - I am now pleased to say a sticker will be made for the rear reading

Land cruisers recovered - 1
Recovered by land cuiser - 0

Anyone else keep score?

But seriously - do something selfless and feel good!
