Fit GQ rear bar on GU?

I can get a GQ rear bar really cheap, complete with wheel carrier and jerry can carrier. Will it bolt up to the GU? Has anyone ever done it?

its not going to bolt straight up with out alot of modification.......... GU body is a fair bit wider that a GQ
