CRD confirmation

Hey guys,

Im hunting for a CRD 3L patrol.

I did a bit of research and read that the CRD started in 07 month I'm a bit unsure of i read after february.

Im looking at the patrol advertised and it say date of manufacture is 01/07. The engine bay looks as though its similar to the one of CRD with the black cover and mounting rails for the intercooler.

I think there was someone on here or one of the Forums a few months back that had a 12/06 CRD which raised eyebrows.

The series V didn't run for all that long, only 12 months or so

IIRC they didn't come out of the Aussie Dealers until late 2nd quarter '07 but vehicles were plated from 01/07 onwards.
Be interesting to know when the last Di was plated, at a guess I would go for 09/06.

Yeah I always thought the CRD didn't start till early 07...like March or April but looks like that's incorrect
