Hey guys,

So I am getting closer to finding a new airbox so I can go ahead and order one.
Car is a GQ TD42 and I would really like to keep the dual batteries under the bonnet if possible. At the moment I have the stainless steel Patroldocta ZD30 type box, looking for something with a lot more air flow
I've asked a lot of questions in random threads but need to come to a choice... lol
After seeing Rocket 55's box I liked it a lot, I contacted Fatz Fab and they make a similar box for the GQ

Has anybody had any experience with this airbox? Or any other suggestions?

I have used one on a mates td42. They do the job very well with the bonus of not having to move the second battery. Relatively easy to fit. Prob one of the better ones on the market.

Cool, good to hear mate thanks.
Is there an airbox that you would recommend over this? What do you think of the barrel type filter that these use?

They are good mate. Lots of service area and if you use a k&n style filter then its servicable.

My battery tray has been moved an inch closer to the firewall so I might be in luck there
