Hi
Noticed about a week ago that my 3l crd was loosing power/ hesitating going up hill an now it is very hard to start and when it does finally go it hesitates on flat ground between 2200 and 2500.

Have changed fuel lines and clamps to make sure there are no leaks new filter and swapped boost sensor mad and accelerator pedal but haven't found any success. Am going to get new fuel pressure sensor and relief valve.

Had anyone else had a similar problem. Has been throwing a p0089 code when it hesitates. Has also been throwing a boost sensor circuit low but hasn't come back yet as it won't start

G'day mate. Have you tried testing the pressure relief valve ? Your problem has the symptoms of this valve failing.

When was the last time you cleaned the Maf sensor also disconnect the battery for 1/2 an hr while you do it.
Also is your intercooler oily???

I've cleaned the maf but didn't help swapped with another one still nothing the intercooler does have oil in it but will be installing a catch can to try and help that. Just changed the filter but nothing really happened. Gunna try a new relief valve and a new pressure switch cause I'm pretty annoyed with it. Thanks heaps for the advice I'll reply again once I've tried it

If the intercooler is oily its leaking, TBH I think they leak from new.lol
You can check with some tape, rags and a large bucket of water, remember to dry it
with a hair dryer before re-fitting it, this will be your boosting issues.
Pressurize with a bike pump or short squirts with a compressor
Also when you clean the MAF did you disconnect the battery to re-set the ICU
What area are you in???

Try cleaning the injectors, I used that Nulon injector cleaner where you remove the fuel line and return line at the filter put both hoses in the cleaner and run the engine till it runs out, don't know if its a type of placebo effect but I swear my motor ran smoother (just a thought)

Can I ask what you ended up doing to fix this?
