Just a brief rundown of my 11 day adventure.
Day 1: Sydney – Bright
Day 2: Bright – Talbotville
Day 3: Talbotville – Dargo (Crooked River, Pinnacles & Billy Goats)

Day 4: Dargo – Apollo Bay
Day 5: Apollo Bay – Robe (Great Ocean Road 8.5 Apostles)

Day 6: Robe – Tanunda (Bucks Party)
Day 7: (Recovery then Pre-wedding Dinner)
Day 8: (Recovery then wine tasting, then actual wedding)
Day 9: (Recovery, Bathurst 1000, MotoGP & F1)
Day 10: Tanunda – Broken Hill (Dinner @ the Palace Hotel)
Day 11: Broken Hill – Sydney (14hr slow death)

Two breakdowns and being bogged for 2hrs in the sand with the tide coming in coupled with 4000kms. Marrige wouldn't have lasted. Might not have even happened.

Two breakdowns and being bogged for 2hrs in the sand with the tide coming in coupled with 4000kms. Marrige wouldn't have lasted. Might not have even happened.
2 break downs? what happened mate? hopefully nothing serious?

Intercooler piping blew off both times. Inlet pipe/silicone hose worked its way loose due to excess oil. Once home I roughed up the flange with file and gave the silicone hose a clean. Has been holding since.
Got bogged on the soft sand in Robe. Water was lapping at the rear wheel. Was in panic mode.

do you have a catch can mate? if not i would recommend getting one on it straight away!!! mudski sells em and the are good stuff i have one from him.

I have put one on recently. I think there was residual oil made worse when i removed the intercooler previously to fit my DP Chip.
