does anyone have a simple wiring diagram to set up dual battery's, also what to people recommend for the second battery deep cycle cheers.

Depends...
I use 2 Crankers in my Truck because thats what they are for IE the vehicle.
My "house" load is very small with just an 18 litre fridge and LED lighting.
If you have a significant house load IE the 2nd battery gets depleted slowly over period, lets say 20 AH total draw over say 24 hours then an "All Rounder" will be better.
If you have a draw down that is much bigger than that then a true Deep Cycle may be the go.
NOTE... there is no point mixing battery types if you cannot isolate them with a management device/solenoid/relay etc
That can be a simple solenoid thru to the couple of Hunjy Redarc/Ctek etc jobbies
The wiring diagram is easy... +ve of the Cranker to the +ve of the Aux and insert a solenoid.
If you aren't ever going to parallel the batteries for Winching or Starting then a CB or Maxi Fuse at either +ve is a good idea
All the Redarc/Ctek stuff will have diagrams with the gear and on the net.
