Nope I wouldn't, seen too many issues with the zd30 when the exhaust is changed to 3in let alone dual ex. The engine management system likes certain air flow etc and if too drastic a change is made they tend to go into limp mode for no reason. Just leave the passenger window down and listen to the snorkle. Maybe take the muffler off and fit a straight thriough - but I didn't say that.
Seriously, I have already pinched my exhaust throught the tail lights off road without having to worry about more pipes and stuff under the truck.

Would look good but would be a nightmare to plumb up I reckon. Just have a 3inch pipe and no muffler. Go good and sound good.

If it is for performance the gain would be sweet bugger all

If it just for looks bolt a 12 inch length of 3 inch pipe to the underbody on the drivers side.

I reckon it would look crap as the rear of a Patrol isn't symetrical

Yeah you would only put a dual exhaust on a V8 motor one pipe for each bank of 4 pistons
I heard a brand new Y62 last week that had a proper dual exhaust system om it [insane]
Holden did a dummy dual exhaust years ago fitting the rear muffler sideways

For looks, and maybe sound, ok ? For performance gains, minimum efficiency above a 2.75 - 3.00" pipe.

Yea leave the dual systems for the V engines so that the seperate banks can bark separately.
It'd be friendlier on your pocket because you'd only be purchasing one length of pipe.
