Just returned fromour trip to davies plain which is deep in the high country on mount Suggan Buggan
The old cattlemans hut is now mainted by Parks Victoria and is the best camping spot for miles around
We camped at Chrliws creek on the way in
If camping on creeks have a good look at whjere you are going to set up camp

Do not camp on any tracks made by BRUMBIES as they come down to drink they will jusy go straight trough you camp site

The mob we saw at charlie creek had a beutafull Stallion leading them who watched our every move
This fantastic country and a must for all 4x4 adventurers

Suggest the HEMA maps of the Victorian high country are spot on
Dont have this particular map as I have been to Dviea plain a few times so know the way
You go in from Benambra
Maps of the area can be purchased at Omeo
Will post some photos when I work out how to make this new computer work
