Our weekend in the high country.
The tracks I wanted to do were SC, so good excuse to go back after melb cup.
First night was the new Dogs grave hut. If you dont like the cold this hut is great. even though there was a frost, we had to crack open door during the night cos it was so damn hot.

We then headed down Stock route spur ( off Birregun rd) and spent the night at Harrison cut.

Up Matheson spur the next day-dargo-Talbottville. The 3rd night on Bulltown spur tk. ( take 20 river crossings and its on the left)

Had to cut the exploring short as the 60 started making noises and running out of brakes

Kat I have some very very similar photos from the weekend too. Surprised we did not bump into each other. Would have been good to catch up again

Yep me too, I would like to get to the toolangie meet up but it takes so damn long to get there and back 😔
