GQ Manual 5Speed RB30 Gearbox Noisy 5th

Just wondering after putting in a new clutch and new oil in my gearbox have noticed it is now got a little noise in 5th? Any reasoning?

Is it the factory Nissan specification oil mate?

(No disrespect intended), but when I first got my GQ a year ago, my gearbox had a little noise and it was very hard to select 2nd gear when cold.

I recently finally got around to replacing my driveline oils with new correct spec stuff.

Gearbox is brilliant now, not hard to select 2nd anymore, and no noise that I've noticed.

have you filled it up to full ? with the correct fluid?

these are the two reasons that are cheap and easy.
i have used some additives that have reduced the noise ( later i found the input shaft bearings were gone but it went for 3 years like that)
