Gday Mick

Where in the Mallee, its kind of big?
I got to know it pretty well working in the three main centres for around 10 yrs not to mention skiing along the river including some of the early races.
Welcome to the fonts of all Patrol and other knowledge.

Cheers

PS although with a Landy Speed, Tempy, Turriff tends to ring a bell.

Welcome mate, surely the best forum on the net.
If you need it, you can get it, if you want to know it, just ask it.
If you want to find it, go to the search bar for a universe of information.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the greatest show on earth.

Thanks Bigcol,
It was coupled to a Holden red six however I have removed that and I am currently in the process of bolting it up to a Holden starfire four.
The Nissan Cabstar gearbox to Land Rover transfer case was a popular conversion done by Marks 4WD back in the 1980-90's.

Cheers, Mick.

Thanks Chimo,

A bit further north in the Victorian Mallee region.
On the edge of the Murray Sunset National Park and just out of Mildura.
Yes Chimo those Ski Races at both Mildura and Robinvale certainly have a large following and attract big crowds.

Cheers, Mick.
