Thats due to the cost involved in sending it over from Vic to here [emoji12]

Do you guys actually chase the cheap fuel around town?? I run BP only and will only fill up at a hand full of newer servos... Paranoid about getting chit fuel. But i'll admit i do over think things alot.

No mate I don't. I just look at it and see what my local is charging. If its too high I get it the next day or so. I try to fuel at about 1/4 tank left and occasionally pump from the reserve to keep everything fresh.
Some females I know drive lots of k's to get discount fues, but they also drive 10 k,s to get a $1 off a pair of shoes.

Nah mate, fill up once or twice a month or so, and just get it on the cheap day from where ever I am at the time.

I don't even bother looking at prices... I do not pay for fuel to get to work and regular driving so when I drive the patrol I don't care if I am paying a little more.

I usually use 20 Litres per 100 K's (Country Highway) which equates to approx. $50 per 500 K's
25 Litres per 100 K's about town which is the same as you.

My son asked that the other day , came home and
told me there was two different diesels for sale wtf
Now its here someone may enlighten us on it, might be just
a great way to screw you over with diesel instead of petrol

Don't think it runs any better with it.
Europeans have better quality diesels.
The RACV mag had a write up on this I think last month, but doubt we have it here.

Diesel in Old Bar today 1.09, which is good for round here.
Problem is there have been 2 or 3 occasions where a number of people have been getting water with their fuel. (petrol I think)
Cheaper than a 600ml bottle at $3.00, but not really what you want!
So I'm not prepared to take the risk. LOL

It is a simple FACT
One - Oil companies are in the buisness of ripping us off (profiteering) as much as we will stand

Two - the government is party to this offence as they are also ripping us off of oil sure charges, fuel levlies and GST in fact they take from our pockets about half the retail price of all fuel.

So the government has no intention of helping to reduce retail prices of fuel
