Which gear box to use

I wrote off my pride n joy a while back, a gq 2.8litre turbo diesel nissan patrol, I have since purchased another and am currently in the process of rebuilding the engine and putting it in the vehicle I have now, the one I wrote off had 330,000 ks on it and the gear box in the one I'm driving now has 380,000 ks on it, the one I wrote off had a hard life out on the tracks doing a lot if extreme stuff but never seemed to miss a beat, this current one doesn't seem to of been used much for 4 wding, everything is in pretty good condition, and underneath truck is very clean, my question is which do u think would b the best gear box to use with rebuilt engine?

Pull both drain plugs out and see which one has the least amount of metal on it, they should have a magnet as part of the drain plug and the cleanest oil.
