Hi guys, new to this forum but on my third GQ. First was a '90 4.2D with 2" lift, had it for four years, did nearly 100,000km and loved it.....sold it to buy a house. Second one was '92 DX 4.2D, it was definitely not what it was cracked up to be and sold (at a loss) after 6 months. About a year ago I started searching for another one......unmolested relatively low mileage GQs are getting hard to find........then I found this

A '94 ST 4.2D with 123,000km, never had a bullbar, towbar, roof rack or any suspension mods. The front has been resprayed so I'm assuming some kind of relatively minor front end collision.....nothing even slightly out of shape underneath. Interior is very clean and original. I always said I'd never own a black car but I couldn't pass it up.....paid $12,000.

Let the molestation commence....:D

Definitely won't be an "over the top" vehicle. Already has a bull bar, spots, lightbar and towbar......to come.....50mm lift, -22 wheels (mostly aesthics, I like the balanced look of tyres level with the edge of the flares), dual batteries, rack, fridge etc etc. Mostly a touring car towing a camper trailer.

As you can see on the front flare the paint is peeling, it seems whoever resprayed the front clip didn't prep the flares properly, the metal work is fine but the paint is just lifting on one flare.....minor problem.

That is a crazy low kms mate, well done!

I did the same and bought low km td42 for a fair price but was happy to start fresh with an honest gq.

Wow, bloody nice. GQs like that are very rare, that's an awsome score. Enjoy [emoji4]
