Removal of nissan badge

Hey, I've got gq chrome grill coming but I need to take off the nissan badge from my current grill to put on the new 1. How do they come off, I can't seem to get the badge off, I can see the pegs coming thro the other side of the grill but are they glued on Aswell??? And if so is there a way to get the glue to let go??

Hey mate, not sure if yours will be the same but my original GU Patrol had the clips protruding to the other side as well as some sort of silicon used to stick it down to the grille. Had to slowly pry it off with a flathead screwdriver...

My GQ didn't have any glue, just clips. They were pretty tight though and it was harder to get off than I would have thought.

is it a small crome one, or the big white one....... if it's the big white one, I'd leave it off your new chrome grill, would look shite

but yes, they should just clip off

It's this 1, wouldn't put the big white 1 on , just the chrome grills don't come with badges so just gonna put mine on they look pretty good

The gu grille badge is on with double sided tape. I just used a Stanley knife blade and slowly cut through it. Not sure on teh q though.

Yeh I think I will try with blade first just to b sure Incase it does , it seems like it does cuz it in there real tight sorta thing like it's stuck somehow n I don't wanna break it, they like $80 for a new 1, the grill not here yet but will try that wen it comes cheers
