Is this correct? Tappet adjustment

Is tappet adjustment the same as valve adjustment.

I've gotten this from the manual just want to make sure that I've got the right one before I go ahead.

yep thats correct, and hot means very damn hot, as full running temp and straight into it, let it cool off for long and you will end up with noisy tappets

Yeah mate valve clearance and tappet clearance are the thing.
