Provent Catch can issue

I had a Beaudesert 2.75 exhaust fitted on my 3lt today and the bloke who fitted it said the side cap on my catch can blew off during dyno testing ?? What's with that anyone had it happen ?? I dare say I'm going to glue the thing on with some loctite 406 and what's the purpose of the side cover if the thing blows off ??

what patrol model do you have but it seems like there would have to be a lot of blow by or pressure to do that

Stupid and obvious question is, was it plumbed up correctly, and is the outgoing hose maybe too small diameter ?

Which catch can is it... is it the 100 or 200?
The 100 is only rated to 100kw.

Provent 200 and I'd say through my own lack of cleaning it might be the case as I've never cleaned it maybe once with paper towel
The car Has only done 18,000km brought from new I ended up with around a 10kw increase on dyno and as we all know on the dyno it's all flat out so the motor would be pushing a heap .. I'll keep an eye on it
