If you drop it out of gear (into neutral) once stopped does the shaking stop, and at the same time, is the car idling high or low? That is, throw it into neutral when you pull up at lights, and the idle goes up to 1000 or even higher, or drops below 600 ish???

I had a similar problem with mine, so it could be the idle sensor, the coolant temp sensor, etc, but try that first and let us know. Just crossing my fingers for you mate and trying to rule out the gearbox!
