Hi all am new to the Nissan world but not new to 4x4s, been a Toyota fan since I owned my first 4x4 which was a Toyota bj40 which I built ground up 15 years ago. Have owned 6 different Toyota lc-80 and finally moved on to lc100 last year. Last month could not help my self and found my self a Nissan y61Gu and bought it with a blown zd30 dti. Now in a process of sourcing a td42 factory turbo from japan which still sits in the bay of 99 Gu troll. As soon as I got the troll, started my research for the new love of my life which brought me here to this beautiful forum where so many people are always available to help one another out. Before this I was a member of ih8mud which kind of specializes in Toyotas. Will start a build thread here when I start the swap from zd30dti to td42t3 which will cover the engine tranny wiring and everything mechanical in it.
Thanks for having me.
Regards
Alvi

Decided to put in the doner tranny in the y61 as that would result in avoiding holes for starter motor in the original one.

Its time to do the wiring of the gu patrol. The control unit that came with the engine was part 23710 vb200 which takes care of the Egr, Glow plug, Ac cut out, Electric Fan, engine Rotation sensor and tachometer. Have tried real hard but cant seem to locate a wiring diagram for the above mentioned unit.
Keeping in mind that engine harness is of td42t3 and the dash harness is that off zd30. Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

The pin structure in the control unit is jack one 10 plus 10, and jack two 8 plus 8. Total 36 pins to play with.
