The dark one looks like it has Euro plates. PL is for Poland so not a local manufacturer. It looks pretty good though. Can winch both ways.

It is indeed Poland, they aren't even that expensive. just about 1100 dollar.
Not sure what it would cost the get them over here in Australia.
