7.4HP motor for a WARN low mount

Hi all anyone have or know if these are any good,
thinking of up dating my Warn XP 9.5, Price sounds ok

Wow, direct copy of Warn on the visual design.
If you want to do something a little different try the BOW motors. there is a BOW2 6.8hp motor and a BOW3 9hp motor.
You really need triple batteries, massive cable and a huge alternator setup to use the BOW3 though.

Mmmmm, imagine a well setup dual BOW3 winch running 24V? :rolleyes:

Would you notice the difference between the 6.5 hp I have now and the 7.4hp
Would it work faster or less effort for the battery,
I have a spare 10,000lb low mount here Maybe it will suit that

Yours would be 6hp. The 7.4 would be harder on your battery.
Would not be faster, 6hp is pleeeenty enough for a Patrol.
Even Darren is running the 6hp in his GQ.

Yeah my bad 6hp not 6.5hp, I may have a chance of picking up a 4728 as well.
