Hi bokes,
just wanted to know if 33's would fit on a standard MQ shorty with no lift. on 8 inch rims. Has anyone tried this at all and if so was there any rubbing and could you get full turn of the steering wheel without the tires hitting any part of the vehicle.
cheers

Did you come up with any sort of conclusion on this? I will be buying tyres over the next couple of weeks and would be interested to see what others are running..... 81 MQ lwb

Hi Madman, I also posted this on face book and there was a good response to it. I had pics sent to me stating that they do fit. They will rub on full lock only and the back tires tuck up under the guards with no problems. hope that helps mate.

Glen Scholz On mine it was pretty much only the little cover plate. From what I remember it never touched the guards
