Wagon body mounts

These are my rear body mounts on my GU 4 wagon, am I missing some bits?

They seem to sit up off the chassis a bit. Might explain on or two noises when I hit a bump?

I'd tighten that bolt up first and see if it takes up.
dont want it falling out

Check your bushes for play if you have a noise.
