Brings back memories Mick, lived in Bathurst for 22 years before moving over here 11 years ago.
Love the old buildings in Molong, such a very tidy and well kept town mate.

Yeah the town is great, we live just on the edge of town on 3.5 acres. Love it here and plenty of great places to visit.

Done a bit of fishing around your area. Mate of mine had a van at Barlings.
Also used to fish the breakwall at Moruya as well. It's a nice bit of the coast around there

EDIT: Thats if that is the Rosdale on the South Coast NSW?

My hometown Warrandyte was the major towns in gold rush back in 1851 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warrandyte,_Victoria).

It was real hippy and bikey town back in the 70's and it was great fun as a kid growing up on the river with the main township having a huge cliff where all the kids would jump off and have camp fires, etc. Link to cliffs and warrandyte town. Now It's become very expensive realestate and is soon becoming a poshy place to be with house prices through the roof.

Hence why I moved out to Christmas Hills which is 20 minutes further North.

Not much to talk about with this town...It was named after David Christmas who was a convict in 1842 who got lost and wandered around and someone found him and they decided to name the place after him.

It used to have a heap of pubs and a few small shops in the gold mining days but now has nothing.

OI, nothing wrong with Kwinny. I had a half acre at Homestead Ridge about 10 years ago and absolutely loved it.

Since they started reticking everything and planting trees, it lost the stigma.
I absolutely had a ball there.
