Yes but depending on wheel offset may rub in some spots.

You will need to remove the front mud flaps and trim the rear of the front flare inside the wheel arch. You will also find that off road on big bumps you will bottom out and the tyres will hit the top of the wheel arch and flare.
I ran 35s on the GUiV with a 3" lift across the Simpson last year and popped All 4 Flares off the guards. When I got back I had to buy more connectors from nissan and remove and replace the flares.

Interesting. I have 35's on my ute with only a 2 inch lift and have had no such issues. Only had the remove the front flaps. Obviously i dont have rear flares but yeah no issues like yours.

At full flex I have no trouble at all mate. When loaded for touring though when on big bumps where the suspension compresses level across the car the tyres bottom out in the guards and hit the flares on both sides. They popped the clips on all flares on the simpson trip. Surprised me too mate, have not had trouble before. No trouble on flex.

I think the Offset makes difference. To much negative offset requires lift more.

It's 25mm of diff clearance. That's a big advantage....... Unless your driving with blokes on 37s! Then your screwed!
