You cant. These turbos are not controlled by boost pressure like your conventional "pichoo!" Wastegte Turbos. These turbos are a variablw vane type, no wastegate and are controlled via vacuum.

Wherever you like. Prob best from the vac pump or canister. Just use a simple micro switch setup on your throttle pedal. You could probably get tricky and use tps voltage to do the same.
