3" Beaudesert exhaust

Looking at putting a 3" exhaust on my 4.2 gu patrol wagon.
Was looking at either the aluminised steel or the stainless steel kit
Just wondering whether the stainless steel is worth the near $1000 more

I don't think so. Aluminised steel works great.

Checked out more on the forums and elsewhere on the Internet about the exhaust. Still can't make up my mind as to which exhaust would be better, if It's really worth saving up longer for the Beaudesert stainless system instead of the aluminated steel.

maybe even have a look at Genie legendex and other brands as well, heaps of topics out there on this and no $1000 extra is just taking the piss

If it was a petrol vehicle then stainless would be the go but for a diesel a aluminised steel is more than suitable . It will never rust on a diesel unless you're in salt water all the time

Hey gutrol4.2 Iv got a alumised Beaudesert 2 3/4" in my o4 gu wagon love it mate been on there for 2 1/2 years and still looks as good as they day I put it on...
