2102 gu patrol electric windows not working

Have recently had tint put on now the windows dont work properly the rear ones will only go down off switches in back but not up dont work from drivers door the front passenger works fine and the drivers door doesnt work at all

Taken that the windows sort of work its not a fuse what should i do to fix as i have the two back windows stuck in down position and cant get em up and theres a storm on the way is there a way of manually winding them up?
