will the neg 22 offset rims with 32 inch tyres from my old GQ fit a GU?

Yes. If I u have a 4.8 though and the rims are 15" then No.

I've got a 2001 gu 4.5 with neg 22 35 11.5 km2s and a 2" lift, they scrub a little at full lock but only on the mud flaps so the 32's should be ok
