help and tips RB30 coolant flushing

Hey guys, just a young bloke here. Bought my first car 1990 GQ ST RB30 dual fuel, I'm after some help and tips on flushing and refilling my radiator.. if someone could give me step by step instructions that would be great, thanks in advance.
