Identify this part

Hi guys, are you able to help identify this part please. The pipe is leaking around the bend and needs fixing. Is it expensive to replace. Cheers.

It does at first glance look like a coolant pipe of some sort

Whats leaking from it? oil, water?

I was going by the white sediment and thought coolant,
surely not the dip point for engine or trans.
Need to know what its off first

Yes TD, as you said in the first post not enough info. If its coolant it may just be a feed to the cabin heater.
