Has the CRD got a catch can fitted Kev? If not you might want to fit one. The oil running through the intake won't be helping this at all. Also. Get yourself a new hose. Gates do one, well they do for the Di's. I had similar issues and it was fixed with a new hose.

yeh got a provent 200 and it is a new hose so you would be saying a better quality hose.

Been talking with mMark about this matter and it seems those silicone
type dont like oil so its better to source a rubber one, FYI the Di is 60mm id hose

If it a new rubber hose. Im not sure. Maybe the type of clamp. If its silicone, id go back to rubber imo. I had a hell of a time with a silicone boost hose from the turbo. Kept blowing off no matter what. Any small trace of oil on the silicone makes it very slippery.
