Boost Controller

Hi all,

I have this boost controller installed and am wondering if anyone knows what type of tool is used to secured that little screw thing on the side so it doesn't vibrate around and reduce the boost.

I've tried a jewellers screw driver set and Allen keys but none fit properly.

My needle valve has a very small allen screw to secure it.
My Dawes has two lock nuts

EDIT its not a very small torque bit is it??
