Hi guys,

I have just purchased a 1999 GU 4.2 turbo diesel. I live in Broken Hill, NSW. I work for the RFDS. I am not very good at typing introductions but would like to thank the administrators for providing this site. I am sure I can learn a lot from the members, thanks for accepting my registration.

Regards. Angus66.

Bought a 1999 GU 4.2 turbo diesel, 349,000 ks, duel battery setup that I have just finished reviving, took a new solenoid and a couple of fuses on the battery's plus a new battery tray, has 4 x 12v cigerette lighter sockets that the previous owner had decided to hack up with a set of wire cutters, all rejoined and working great, found two power outlets in the cargo area that have also had plugs cut off and are dead, no problem, will give me something to do getting them sorted, all around it cleaned up very well, not bad for 8k.
